COME AS YOU ARE
It is never easy to visit a new church for the first time, so we want to be as helpful as we can to make your experience a good one. We want you to feel comfortable. After all, we are thrilled that you’re joining us and want you to be more focused on the service than what you’re wearing. Some people dress up and some choose to dress down. Come the way that you feel most comfortable.
WORSHIP
This time is set aside for communicating with God from our hearts. We have live upbeat worship music with guitars, drums -the works, as well as intimate songs of worship. Everyone worships in their own unique way – for many, that means singing, clapping and raising their hands, and for others it means quietly reflecting on the words. At New Hope, you’re welcome to do what comes from the heart in praise to God.
OFFERING
Each week there is a time to worship God through the giving of tithes and offerings. As a guest, please do not feel any pressure to give. This is an act of worship for our regular attendees, allowing them to thank God for all of the great work He is doing in their lives. It also gives New Hope the means to reach more people for Christ in the future.
THE MESSAGE
In every service you will hear a relevant, straightforward message that is based on Scripture and is designed to be helpful in your everyday life. These messages will help you develop a growing, vibrant relationship with Jesus Christ and provide a strong biblical foundation for your life.
COMMUNION
We celebrate communion together on designated services. Anyone can participate in this time of reflection and prayer – as long they’ve made the decision to follow Jesus Christ. The juice and cracker that we share represent the life He gave up so that our sins could be forgiven.
AFTER THE SERVICE…
As a guest, you’ll be asked to fill out a Connection Card during the service, which can be filled out and placed it in the offering or can be filled out online by clicking here. Stop by The welcome desk in the lobby of the sanctuary before or following the message and pick up a free gift. Please pick up your children promptly following the service. Hang out for a while and fellowship enjoying free refreshments and coffee/tea.
